The Department of Finance and Administrative affairs was established by the Emiri Decree No. (5) for 2005 dated  9/8/2006 within which it was determined the organizational structure of the department, its divisions and its specialties, it performs Finance and Administrative affairs tasks, where it was able to enhance its role to apply Finance and Administrative laws and regulations and completing its administrative units and preparing forms and annual budgets.
